Not too many details about Human Resource Development here.  I'm enrolled in the Master of Arts program, through the School of Education at the University of St. Thomas, on-track to graduate in May 2005.

In Spring 2002 I took two classes from professor Nick Nissley:  Introduction to Adult Learning and Introduction to Human Resource Development.  (Nick has now moved back to his boyhood home and is working at his boyhood school -- founded by Milton Hershey -- which is a wonderful thing for Nick but was a terrible loss for UST's HRD program!)  Linked below are the papers I wrote for those classes.
